The executive producer, Rog Carpenter, has announced on PlayStation Blog that Minecraft will be compatible with PlayStation VR throughout September. According to Rog, they had wanted to announce compatibility for a long time, but before doing this they had to polish even the smallest detail to make the gaming experience as perfect as possible.
Everyone who owns Minecraft on PS4 will receive a free update that will add PS VR support. In addition, once updated, players will have access to new settings and new exclusive game modes for VR. The executive producer assures that the experience is incredible, he guarantees that we will jump out of the seat on more than one occasion 😁
